Your use of our site tells us

Disclaimer and these Terms of Service.
Registration is not required
to view content. However, you are required to
register if you want to create listings of items
for sale or trade, or to request to buy/trade
for items listed. If you become a registered
member of bisibat, you accept
responsibility for all activities that occur
under your account. If you believe someone has
accessed bisibat using your
user name and password without your permission,
you agree to contact us immediately.
By placing material on
bisibat, including but not limited
to listings offering items for sale or for
trade, you represent and warrant that you own or
otherwise have all necessary rights to the items
you list and the rights to list them. You are
entirely responsible for all the items that you
list and to the information that you provide
about those items. You affirm that the
descriptions you include with your listings are
accurate and truthful. You agree to deliver to
your buyer/trader any item that your
buyer/trader pays for, or who delivers to you
whatever exchange item you both agree to.
To protect your safety, please
don't post your phone number or address or other
information in the listing itself. You
acknowledge and agree that if you make such
disclosures in your listings, you fully
understand that you do so at your own risk.
Any decisions as to whether
items and descriptions that you post violate any
listing rules will be made by bisibat
at its sole discretion. Prohibited listings
include:
• Anything that you do not own.
• Anything that you do not have the right to
sell or to trade.
• Any over-the-counter or prescription
medication of any sort.
• Any counterfeit or reproduction item not
identified as such.
• Weapons of any sort.
• Anything that is illegal in the United States
or in the specific state in which you live.
Bisibat
reserves the right to modify this list in any
way at any time. Such modifications will be
effective as soon as they are posted.
